If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, we will happily accept your return within 365 days.

Worn underwear, socks and swimwear are not eligible for a returns due to hygienic concerns. If you ordered the wrong size we will do whatever we can to find a solution.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Free return shipping applies to Continental US orders only. International orders should be postmarked an insured at the owners expense.
Clothing returns must include new, sellable unwashed and unworn items with tags attached. Footwear must not show signs of wear on the sole or laces. Items will be inspected when returned and may be rejected if the return does not meet our policy stated above.
Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account statement. Refunds will be given in the original method of payment.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
